As an HR & Admin Executive at Synergie Controls & Systems Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations through efficient management of HR functions, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative tasks. Your strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a conducive work environment. - Support training and development programs for employee growth. - Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management effectively. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. - Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards to provide insights to the management. Admin Responsibilities: - Oversee office facilities, supplies, and infrastructure management for smooth operations. - Manage vendor contracts, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities. - Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. - Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of company policies and contracts. - Support Directors and Managers in various administrative tasks to enhance productivity. - Maintain discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of daily operations. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in HR & Administration (manufacturing/engineering/automation industry preferred). - Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools for efficient operations.
