Human Resources Administrator

As an HR Executive at Axximum Business Solution in Trichy, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US process roles during night shifts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating onboarding and induction for new hires aligned with US time zones. - Handling attendance, shift rosters, leave management, and night shift compliance. - Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries during US working hours. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and client-specific HR guidelines. - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. - Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions for night shift staff. - Coordinating performance reviews, confirmations, and feedback processes. - Managing exit formalities, full & final settlements, and experience letters. - Supporting employee engagement activities to improve night shift retention. - Preparing and submitting HR reports related to headcount, attrition, and hiring status. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Management / Business Administration. - 2-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in US Process / Night Shift operations. - Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS tools. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred skills for this position include experience in BPO, Healthcare, Insurance, ITES, or KPO domains, exposure to US clients, US work culture, and time-zone coordination, knowledge of night shift policies and allowances, and the ability to handle pressure and urgent hiring requirements.
