Your role as the Hospital HR Administrator involves managing all human resources functions within the hospital to ensure an efficient and supportive work environment for hospital staff. **Key Responsibilities:** - Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. - Maintaining and updating employee records, HR data systems with accuracy and confidentiality. - Handling compliance with employment laws, hospital protocols, and healthcare-specific regulations. - Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. - Coordinating employee training, certification tracking, and statutory requirements. - Conducting performance appraisals, probationary reviews, and supporting managers in performance management. - Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, background checks, leave management, and benefits enrollment. - Ensuring compliance with policies related to maternity, paternity, adoption, and all leave types. - Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers, providing guidance and support. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum of 5 years HR management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. - Sound knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Experience with HR management systems, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
