HR Admin

Location: kochi, Kerala | Full-Time


About the Role:


We’re looking for an organized HR Admin to support daily HR & admin operations at Gokhair Holidays.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain employee files, HRMS & documentation
  • Support hiring, interview scheduling & onboarding
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs & MIS
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters & confirmations
  • Coordinate probation reviews & performance records
  • Handle employee queries, policies & compliance
  • Support exits, full & final settlements & documentation
  • Assist in HR audits, reports & internal communications
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities & events


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of proven HR/Admin experience
  • Graduation in HR / Business Administration/ Related
  • Good communication & MS Office skills
  • Strong coordination & confidentiality
