Job Role : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist who can handle Group Ticketing , negotiate with airlines, manage multiple booking portals, drive ticket sales, and coordinate with B2B partners and agents efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Manage Group Ticketing (GIT) requests – blocking seats, fare holds, managing allocations, and group revalidations. Negotiate group fares and special deals with airlines and consolidators for competitive pricing. Execute ticket sales by engaging with B2B agents and direct clients. Coordinate with B2B travel agencies , consolidators, and corporate clients for bulk ticketing requirements. Handle airline booking portals, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) , and consolidator platforms for seamless reservations. Process PNR creations, fare quotations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds accurately. Liaise with sales & operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end booking processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with airline representatives, B2B partners, and vendors. Stay updated on airline fare policies, promotions, and contract terms. Handle last-minute changes, special requests, and resolve booking-related escalations promptly. Requirements : 2-5 years of experience in airline reservations, group ticketing, fare negotiations, and B2B coordination. Proven experience in ticket sales (B2B & B2C) . Expertise in using multiple airline booking portals and GDS platforms . Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage tight deadlines.
