💼 Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in B2C visa sales and processing)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Visa Consultant who can handle both visa sales and end-to-end processing of visas, especially for UK, USA, and Schengen regions. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in working with group departures and FIT clients, with strong communication and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inquiries and convert leads for tourist and business visas (UK, USA, Schengen & other destinations).

2. Provide accurate documentation guidance, application submission, appointment booking, and follow-ups.

3. Coordinate with DMCs, embassies, and clients for timely visa processing.

4. Manage group visa files for fixed departures and customized FIT bookings.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on visa rules, embassy requirements, and travel advisories.

6. Upsell value-added services like insurance, forex, and packages when applicable.

7. Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up until visa handover.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa Sales & Processing (UK, USA & Schengen priority).

2. Strong understanding of visa documentation and embassy processes.

3. Experience handling both GIT (group tours) and FIT (individual travelers) preferred.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

5. Strong coordination skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure.
