About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead CRM management, uphold quality standards, streamline processes, and strengthen our people operations. This role blends operational excellence with HR responsibilities to ensure our teams work efficiently, follow policies, and maintain a culture of high performance. Core Responsibilities CRM & Process Excellence CRM Ownership & Optimization – Manage, maintain, and enhance the CRM for accuracy, usability, and reporting. Process Quality Audits – Conduct regular checks on deliverables to ensure they meet company standards. Efficiency & Productivity Tracking – Monitor project timelines, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery. Performance Insights – Develop actionable reports and dashboards on efficiency, quality, and output. Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements for better speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction. HR & Culture Attendance & Leave Management – Track attendance, process leave requests, and ensure compliance with work and leave policies. Policy Enforcement – Maintain fairness and consistency in applying company policies. Culture Champion – Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work environment. Employee Engagement – Support initiatives that improve motivation, communication, and team alignment with company values. Requirements Graduate degree; MBA (HR) preferred. Proven experience in CRM systems, process improvement, or operational excellence . Working knowledge of HR processes , attendance tracking tools, and policy enforcement. Proficiency with Google Sheets ; familiarity with Odoo, Airtable, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide teams. Working directly with the Founder, you will gain a 360° view of how a fast-scaling company is envisioned, built, and grown. This is not just about managing schedules or tasks—it’s about owning outcomes , driving initiatives , and helping shape the company’s future . You’ll be both a strategic partner and an operational anchor, ensuring ideas turn into action and action turns into results. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise the Founder’s calendar, priorities, and follow-ups. Serve as a thought partner in discussions on strategy, business direction, and key decisions. Track and drive strategic initiatives from conception to completion. Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
