Core Responsibilities

CRM & Process Excellence

  • CRM Ownership & Optimization

    – Manage, maintain, and enhance the CRM for accuracy, usability, and reporting.
  • Process Quality Audits

    – Conduct regular checks on deliverables to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Efficiency & Productivity Tracking

    – Monitor project timelines, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Performance Insights

    – Develop actionable reports and dashboards on efficiency, quality, and output.
  • Continuous Improvement

    – Identify and implement process enhancements for better speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

HR & Culture

  • Attendance & Leave Management

    – Track attendance, process leave requests, and ensure compliance with work and leave policies.
  • Policy Enforcement

    – Maintain fairness and consistency in applying company policies.
  • Culture Champion

    – Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
  • Employee Engagement

    – Support initiatives that improve motivation, communication, and team alignment with company values.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree; MBA (HR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in

    CRM systems, process improvement, or operational excellence

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    HR processes

    , attendance tracking tools, and policy enforcement.
  • Proficiency with

    Google Sheets

    ; familiarity with Odoo, Airtable, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
