Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Navi Mumbai. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR processes, overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing HRIS, and supporting overall HR functions. Other tasks will include reviewing company policies, handling employee records, onboarding new hires, and fostering an inclusive and positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and personnel management
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and compensation structures
  • Experience in HR Management and operational HR functions
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) tools and software
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in industrial sectors such as manufacturing or automation is a plus
