Job Description

You are responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization at St.Luke Group of Companies. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and other generalist duties. Your role as an HR Administrator is crucial as you act as a strategic partner to management and employees to foster a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers. - Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. - Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Onboard new hires by coordinating orientation, completing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. - Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records. - Provide guidance to employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices. - Perform other general HR duties as assigned. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree (Related to Human Resource or Any specialization) - 2-3 years of experience in human resources - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience.
