As a Compliance Specialist, your role will involve ensuring that the company complies with all legal requirements, including labor laws and employment legislation. This includes maintaining employee records and documentation through filing systems and internal databases. Additionally, you will play a key role in the onboarding process for new hires by conducting induction sessions and arranging documentation. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews as part of the recruitment process. You will support the performance management process and benefits administration within the organization. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, mediating disputes, and handling issues such as bullying and harassment. Furthermore, you will be involved in analyzing staffing needs for training and development purposes to ensure the growth and development of the workforce.
