Job Overview:

Losung360 is looking for a motivated HR Trainee to support our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
Coordinate job postings on different platforms and manage applications.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support in building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. HR Operational Assistance:

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.

Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
