Role Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Help maintain and update HR databases and records
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in payroll and compliance matters
• Contribute to HR policy documentation and internal process improvements
• Research HR best practices and contribute to HR consulting projects

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
