Role & responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil engineering plans and schedules for residential construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Participate in feasibility studies, site assessments, and pre-construction planning.
• Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on-site; resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate quality control tests for materials and workmanship.
• Track civil work expenditures and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations from the budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and change orders.
• Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors, promoting best practices in construction management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
