Preferred candidate profile Must be B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 5 - 12 years in group housing & high-rise projects in Real Estate. Should be able to develop a smooth construction control and project development, and an efficient reporting system. Experience with HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Fire Fighting (Water Sprinklers) will be an advantage.
