Senior Civil Engineer

• Inspect construction sites regularly

  to identify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Supervise and instruct the construction team

  and subcontractors to ensure work is executed on time and as per the construction schedule.

• Ensure quality deliverables

  in all phases of construction, from foundation to final handover.

• Review and interpret construction drawings

  and blueprints, ensuring accuracy in the execution of construction activities.
• Manage site

  in emergencies and ensuring safe working conditions for the team.
• Coordinate with various teams to

  Candidate Profile:

• Education

  : B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years

  of hands-on experience in the

  real estate industry,

  particularly in

  commercial building

  works and construction projects

  .

• Experience with

  HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Fire Fighting (Water Sprinklers)

  will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of

  construction tools

  , equipment, and the ability to interpret

  construction drawings

  .

• Resident of Gurgaon

  preferred.

• First-aid certification

  is a must, or willingness to acquire it.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
