Plan daily/weekly menus and manage grocery inventory efficiently. Ensure food presentation meets fine-dining standards. Work independently while respecting client privacy and requirements. For the part-time role , manage a 12-hour cooking and kitchen responsibility shift. Requirements Minimum 10 years of professional cooking experience with high-end clients, restaurants, or luxury hospitality. Proficiency in Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines. Ability to communicate in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or English .
