Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to manage and oversee government building projects in Naya Raipur. The ideal candidates will have extensive field experience as well as billing experience with government departments. They will ensure quality construction, proper documentation, compliance with government regulations, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Field Work

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with design specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow
• Regularly inspect project progress and address issues promptly

2. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and manage billing, invoices, and payment documentation for government projects
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project expenses
• Ensure compliance with government procedures and documentation requirements
• Assist in audits and verification by government authorities

3. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise effectively with government officials, project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and requirements clearly and timely
• Ensure coordination between field teams and back-office staff

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure construction work adheres to government building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Identify potential risks and take corrective action promptly
• Maintain site safety and proper construction protocols

5. Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
• Provide management with accurate and timely financial and project reports

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution
• Additional certifications in government project handling or construction management are a plus

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles, specifically in government building projects
• Strong field and billing experience with government departments
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 60,000 per month (all-inclusive; no extra allowance under any head)
