Job Description

WorleyParsons Sdn Bhd is looking for Senior Civil Engineer to join our team

Supervise structural engineers and ensure technical competence.
Forecast and allocate resources for structural engineering projects.
Maintain standards and identify necessary structural software.
Manage structural discipline man hours and check compliance with Alliance QA/safety/environment goals.
Review weekly progress and expenditure reports, and benchmark structural design/drafting for improvements.
Provide technical supervision to project designers and draftsmen.
Ensure quality assurance by working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.
Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives, and encourage career development within the group.
Manage structural engineering design and any design changes within budget and schedule, while promoting safety through adherence to OH&S procedures.
