Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Civil Engineers to manage and oversee government building projects in Naya Raipur. The role requires strong site execution as well as billing experience with government departments, ensuring quality construction, compliance, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Site Execution

• Supervise on-site construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor progress and resolve site-related issues proactively

2. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and manage government billing, invoices, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project expenses
• Support audits and verification by government authorities

3. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with government officials, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth coordination between site and office teams

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with government building codes, safety norms, and quality standards
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions

5. Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Track budgets, timelines, and resource utilization

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Certifications related to government projects or construction management will be an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of experience in government building projects
• Strong field execution and government billing experience
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and documentation
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 60,000 per month (all-inclusive)
• No accommodation, food, or additional allowances provided
