Senior Civil Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in building and land infrastructure, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage various development projects. Your role will involve overseeing project planning and execution, site management and supervision, coordination and communication with stakeholders, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance, as well as material and resource management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of building and land infrastructure development projects from inception to completion. - Prepare and review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies. - Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments. - Oversee site activities, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. - Monitor daily progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones, and resolving technical issues at the site. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. - Organize and participate in project review meetings, communicating updates, delays, and mitigation plans to management. - Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection protocols. - Maintain site safety and environmental compliance, verifying and approving contractor bills, measurements, and documentation. - Review and approve material requisitions, validate material specifications, and optimize resource utilization for cost-effective execution. Qualification Required: - B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - 7-10 years of experience in building construction and land development projects. - Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction practices, and project management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and other civil engineering tools. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle on-site challenges independently.
