Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects from inception to completion, including project design, planning, and execution. Responsibilities include overseeing construction processes, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise in stormwater management and structural development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
• Strong skills in Planning and Project Management
• Experience in Stormwater Management and sustainable infrastructure solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers
• Solid understanding of high-quality construction practices and safety regulations
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional engineering licensure is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
