Job Description

Assistant Manager Payroll


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process

    monthly payroll

    for on-roll employees
  • Ensure compliance with

    PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF

    , and other statutory norms
  • Handle

    Full & Final Settlements

    , arrears, and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and execute reconciliations
  • Address employee

    payroll and compliance-related queries


  • Prepare payroll MIS, audit reports, and statutory returns
  • Liaise with Finance and HR teams for timely reporting and filings
  • Coordinate with auditors for

    internal/external payroll audits


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Graduate in Commerce; MBA (HR/Finance) preferred
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in payroll handling, ideally in

    real estate or project-driven sectors


  • Excellent knowledge of

    statutory laws

    and

    payroll software

    (SAP, GreytHR, Spine, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage payroll for a medium to large workforce
