Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ability to handle multiple projects in respect of post contract work Preparation of Sub contractor's Work Orders for multiple projects Study the drawing & preparation the BOQ with detail specification Know about the subcontractor detail work scope, specification, terms & conditions. Preparation of rate analysis for various items Prepare the comparison sheet of contractors quote. Preparation and issue the LOI to contractors. Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills & finalisation with Labour Contractors in respect of Rate, scope & Other Terms & Conditions. Prepare the monthly work order tracker sheet. Update the Contractor's List with details. Preparation the Evaluation report of contractors. Update the project wise contractor price list. Coordinate with accounts department for the payment issues and payment timelines for the contractor. Verifications & Entry of Monthly Labour Bill (Item rate, Labour rate, Hire and services). Timely submission of Sub contractor bills to account dept. Verify the Quantity Reconciliation of Client certified Qty. Vs Subcontractor paid quantity.
