1. Prepare and control master schedules for all infrastructure & civil works (Primavera/MSP).
2. Coordinate with site teams, design, engineering, QA/QC, safety, procurement, and client.3. Monitor progress of critical nuclear facilities (foundations, buildings, utilities, heavy equipment foundations).4. Conduct delay analysis, identify risks, and propose recovery action plans.5. Ensure schedule integration with mechanical, electrical, nuclear systems, and heavy installation sequences.6. Plan resource requirementsmanpower, machinery, material, subcontractors.7. Track design approvals, regulatory clearances, and statutory timelines.8. Follow up procurement schedules for critical nuclear-grade materials and equipment.9. Support contract management, EOT, and claims through planning data.10. Prepare high-level MIS, dashboards, and present progress to top management/client.
