Conduct random quality and compliance checks on work, materials, and records. Supervise site security and maintain statutory records. Financial: Plan monthly cash flows for project execution. Monitor construction costs against the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving and time-efficient alternatives. Assess market rates for materials and services to optimize spending.
