As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for improving our website's visibility and search engine rankings by implementing best practices in On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Develop and implement effective SEO and GEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine and AI platform rankings. ● Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our industry and target audience. ● Optimise website content, including landing pages and blog posts, for targeted keywords and user experience. ● Perform on-page optimisation tasks such as meta tag optimisation, URL optimisation, and internal linking. ● Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. ● Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed. ● Collaborate with the website development agency to build new pages and optimise the current website. ● Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. QUALIFICATIONS ● Minimum of four years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. ● In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs. ● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. ● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. ● Experience in both Corporate and Agency environments is a big positive
