Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Sansera Engineering.
Oversee and manage recruitment processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
Provide support to management on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment.
Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
Conduct performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
