Human Resource Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
  • Utilize job portals such as

    Naukri.com and LinkedIn

    to post job advertisements, source candidates, and manage applications.
  • Develop and maintain a strong presence on recruitment platforms to attract high-quality talent.
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's objectives and hiring needs.
  • Use data from job portals and market research to inform recruitment strategy.
  • Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Proven experience in

  • Expertise in using job portals like

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
