Role Overview:
As a HR Manager at Webbee Global, you will play a strategic and operational role in shaping the people agenda across the organization. This position demands an HR leader who can balance employee relations, grievance handling, recruitment, learning & development, operations, performance management, and culture building. You will work closely with the Director & Co-founder to align HR practices with business goals while creating a supportive and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns.
• Manage grievance redressal fairly, confidentially, and in compliance with labor laws.
• Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain a healthy work environment.
HR Operations & Administration
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, compliance, and HRIS management.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and HR frameworks are up to date and aligned with best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships related to HR services.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical roles.
• Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Learning & Development (L&D)
• Design and implement training programs for technical and soft skills.
• Develop career progression and succession planning frameworks.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning.
Performance Management
• Drive appraisal cycles, competency mapping, and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with leadership to identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
• Introduce fair and transparent performance metrics.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Design and execute engagement programs that foster collaboration and retention.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
• Promote a culture aligned with Webbee Globals mission and values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Masters degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) or related field.
•10 -15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, HR operations, and compliance.
• Proven track record in recruitment, L&D, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR tools/HRIS (Zoho People, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
• Ability to work strategically with leadership while managing daily HR operations.
