Job Role : SEO Specialist Work Experience : 2-4 Yrs Minimum Education : Bachelors or Masters degree Any Job Location : Noida Working Time : 10 Am to 7 Pm office hours Salary Range : 4 - 4.2 LPA 5 Days working ( Monday - Friday) Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and highly analytical SEO professional to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to improve visibility in search engines, drive organic traffic, and ultimately contribute to lead generation and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute successful SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) Conduct keyword research to guide content teams Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles Perform ongoing SEO audits, technical checks, and error resolution (e.g., crawl issues, broken links, site speed, mobile usability) Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented Build backlinks and manage off-page SEO efforts including outreach campaigns Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and algorithm updates Competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities Provide monthly SEO performance reports and insights Requirements: Proven experience in SEO (2+ years preferred for mid/senior roles) Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, GSC) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in content marketing or digital PR Knowledge of local SEO Google Analytics and Google Ads certification Familiarity with JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals Benefits: 5 Days working (Monday to Friday) Near to Sector 59 metro Station, Noida Medical insurance & Meals Positive and Healthy working environment If Interested , Kindly share your Resume at pooja.singh@webbeeglobal.com
