You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, analysing workflows, and working closely with Founders, Product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. Analyse complex workflows and recommend scalable solutions. Define user stories, process flows, and system specifications. Technical & Functional Analysis Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Assist in designing system integrations, APIs, and data models. Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and development teams. ¢ Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals. ¢ Track project progress and manage expectations with stakeholders. Testing & Quality Assurance ¢ Define test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements. ¢ Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues. ¢ Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security best practices. Documentation & Reporting ¢ Maintain clear documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and technical specifications. ¢ Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups. ¢ Provide insights using data analytics and business intelligence tools.
