Job Description

Collaborating with the Project Manager to manage the Project backlog.
Collaborating with the Project Manager to manage stakeholder expectations and solution/document timescales.
Business requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Requirements and documentation traceability through management tools and requirements documentation.
Technical documentation production and management through process modeling, solution documents, etc
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis and documenting and communicating the results/
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

Requirements:

A foundational understanding of Technology
A bachelor s degree in Technology/Business
Good Communication Skills
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Principle of Change and ability to take ownership
Interest and commitment to working in a hyper-scaling environment
