Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Head Office – Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years in HR (Logistics or field workforce industry preferred) Salary: As per industry standards Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR lifecycle at ATOZ Logistics Limited. The role involves recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, payroll, and hands-on management of HRMS portals like greytHR, Zoho People, Keka, etc. The candidate will be responsible for managing a large field and office workforce across India. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Hire across departments (drivers, operations, accounts, HR, etc.) Draft job descriptions, source candidates, interview, and onboard Maintain employee files digitally and physically 2. HRMS / HR Tech Management Manage any HRMS platform (greytHR, Zoho People, Keka, etc.) Maintain accurate employee master data, attendance, and leave records Ensure smooth usage of Employee Self-Service (ESS) features Run payroll, generate payslips, and handle compliance filings via HRMS 3. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance Verify field staff attendance through system logs and GPS reports Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll and deductions Handle statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) 4. Policy & SOP Implementation Create, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs Enforce disciplinary protocols and handle grievance redressal Maintain proper documentation for HR audits and inspections 5. Employee Engagement & Retention Organize monthly celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries) Conduct employee feedback sessions and track morale Suggest retention strategies for high-performing field staff 6. Reporting & MIS Generate weekly/monthly HR dashboards Track recruitment pipeline, attrition, compliance status, and manpower planning Present reports to management on a regular basis Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (experience with field workforce is a plus) Strong working knowledge of any HRMS portal Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital documentation Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
