Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing

    • Plan and manage the full recruitment life cycle (job postings, interviews, onboarding, etc.)
    • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
    • Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

  • Employee Relations

    • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
    • Promote a healthy work culture and address conflicts promptly.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

  • Performance Management

    • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in setting goals, feedback, and performance reviews.
    • Identify training needs and organize development programs.

  • HR Policies & Compliance

    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary structures.
    • Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness in the market.

  • Training & Development

    • Plan and implement learning and development initiatives.
    • Support career growth and employee engagement programs.

  • Strategic HR Planning

    • Align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Prepare HR budgets and workforce planning strategies.
    • Contribute to organizational development and change management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years

    of HR experience (at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
