1. Managed the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
2. Prepared recruitment lists and job postings, scheduled applicants and checked references.
3. Maintaining complete documentation and updated employee files (Staff documentation) with information.

5. Employment reference checks and issuing offer letters.
6. Sourcing the right candidates as per the clients requirement
7. through different search techniques via job portals, Head Hunting, References etc.
8. Handling grievances of employees regarding the shortlisting procedure, salary, joining formalities etc.
9. Imparting training and knowledge of work ongoing to new joiners
10. Attendance management.
11. Involved in payroll part and salary sheet preparation.
12. Sending welcome mail to new joiners.
13. Exit interviews, and F&F.
14. Performance Management & Performance improvement plan.
15. Supported current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation
