Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts. Do the planning & make relevant decisions regarding quotation finalization and customers retention. Ensure the collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of PEB projects. Examine market trends and consumer needs to find new growth prospects in the PEB sector. Oversee the preparation and management of sales and marketing budget of the organization Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance. Manage sales processes, track performance, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and project development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth. Contribute to the development and management of the sales budget. Prepare regular sales reports, communicate key information to senior management, and provide updates on market conditions. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5years relevant experience in senior sales and marketing roles, preferably in the PEB/Building Material industry or a related discipline. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and increasing revenue. Strong understanding of the PEB market and its consumers' needs. Excellent leadership abilities, as demonstrated by a track record of directing high-performing sales and marketing teams. Outstanding negotiation and relationship management abilities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales and marketing strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
