Manager- Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
• Do the planning & make relevant decisions regarding quotation finalization and customers retention.
• Ensure the collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of PEB projects.
• Examine market trends and consumer needs to find new growth prospects in the PEB sector.
• Oversee the preparation and management of sales and marketing budget of the organization
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
• Manage sales processes, track performance, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and project development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
• Contribute to the development and management of the sales budget.
• Prepare regular sales reports, communicate key information to senior management, and provide updates on market conditions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5years relevant experience in senior sales and marketing roles, preferably in the PEB/Building Material industry or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and increasing revenue.
• Strong understanding of the PEB market and its consumers' needs.
• Excellent leadership abilities, as demonstrated by a track record of directing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
