Krushi India Corporation Limited, a leading fertilizer manufacturing company, is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and play a key role in driving our organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, compliance, and HR operations, while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast talent needs and ensure timely hiring for critical roles.

Employee Development & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement training programs and career development frameworks that support employee growth and internal mobility.
  • Establish robust performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support goal achievement.
  • Promote a learning culture through mentorship, coaching, and continuous professional development.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Foster open communication and implement programs that reinforce core values and positive workplace culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee all HR policies, procedures, systems, and compliance-related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company standards across all HR activities.
  • Optimize HR technology and reporting tools for efficient operations and decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess impact and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-growing or dynamic organization.
  • Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
