Key Responsibilities: Reception & Front Desk Duties: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk. Manage incoming calls and direct them to concerned departments. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain proper registers. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area. Logistics & Office Assistance: Track PODs and courier deliveries and follow up with branches and clients. Record and update dispatch status, courier details, and PODs in Excel or Google Sheets. Support the operations team with basic coordination and documentation. Maintain filing system—both digital and physical. Assist in internal office communication and follow-ups as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a logistics/transport company). Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Must be well-versed in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email). Polite, professional, and punctual with good organizational skills. Should be comfortable handling both front office and backend coordination. Preferred: Candidates residing near Patparganj Industrial Area or East Delhi. Prior experience in logistics coordination, courier tracking, or POD management.
