Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Production Planning and Testing: You will be responsible for creating and implementing production plans, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and on time. This will involve collaborating with other teams to assess production requirements, scheduling equipment maintenance, and monitoring production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Quality Control: You will be expected to maintain and improve product quality through regular monitoring of production processes and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Process Improvement: A production engineer at Sansera Engineering is also tasked with identifying areas for process improvement in the production line. This could involve implementing new technologies, optimizing existing processes, and reducing waste to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: You will work closely with other departments such as design, procurement, and maintenance to ensure that production processes are aligned with company goals. • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that production operations comply with health and safety regulations and standards will also be a key responsibility. This may involve developing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and training production staff on safety best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: As a production engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production data, testing results, and equipment maintenance. This information may be used to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and provide reports to management on production performance.
