Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support setup and commissioning of production lines.
Assist in installation, calibration, and testing of manufacturing equipment.
Execute daily production plans aligned with output targets and quality benchmarks.
Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with QA teams to resolve non-conformities.
Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics.
3–6 years of experience in production/manufacturing (preferably in electrical, electronics, or cable industry).
Familiarity with PCB, semiconductor, or optical component manufacturing (added advantage).
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and process control.
Experience with ERP systems and digital production tracking tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, commissioning-phase environment.
Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
