Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to manage a broad range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive work culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to final selection.
• Draft, post, and promote job openings on various free and paid portals.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate selection processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to make informed hiring decisions.

2. Onboarding & Training

• Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Organize and support training and development programs.
• Ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and practices.

3. Employee Relations

• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Promote open communication and a collaborative work environment.
• Resolve internal conflicts professionally and constructively.

4. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
• Assist in setting individual KPIs and team goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback and manage performance improvement plans.

5. Compensation & Benefits

6. Legal Compliance

8. Workplace Health & Safety

• Enforce workplace safety regulations and initiatives.
• Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

9. Employee Engagement & Well-being

• Plan and execute engagement and wellness programs.
• Organize recognition activities, team-building events, and employee celebrations.

10. Strategic HR Planning

• Support long-term HR planning aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to organizational growth through strategic workforce initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Skills:
