Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast and meet hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via free and paid job portals.

Onboarding, Learning & Development

  • Deliver engaging and effective onboarding experiences.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance.
  • Align learning initiatives with individual career growth and company objectives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment.
  • Organize activities and events to strengthen employee engagement and morale.

Performance Management

  • Implement structured performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Support KPI setting, progress tracking, and career development planning.
  • Provide coaching and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Effectively communicate policies across the organization.

Health, Safety & Well-being

  • Monitor workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Initiate wellness programs supporting physical and mental health.

Culture & Retention

  • Lead recognition, team-building, and wellness activities.
  • Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce attrition.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Use HR analytics for informed decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferred Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in core HR functions, especially recruitment and operations.
