Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations. This strategic role involves managing the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Enhance recruitment efforts through effective use of both paid and free job portals.

Onboarding & Employee Development

  • Deliver an efficient and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Design and implement training programs that promote employee development and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the go-to resource for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Nurture an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communication efforts.

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance evaluation systems.
  • Support the establishment of KPIs, goal setting, and employee growth plans.
  • Address performance issues through structured coaching and development programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Create and manage competitive, fair compensation frameworks.
  • Administer employee benefits in line with legal requirements and company policy.

Compliance & Records Management

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain secure and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in accordance with industry best practices and legal standards.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication of all policies across the organization.

Health & Safety

  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Oversee wellness initiatives and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Culture & Retention

  • Plan and execute employee recognition programs, wellness campaigns, and team-building activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and reducing attrition.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Leverage HR analytics and data insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
