About the Role


HubSpot Administrator


Key Responsibilities


1. Platform Configuration & Management

  • Configure HubSpot portals, including custom objects, properties, workflows, and automated processes
  • Customize dashboards, pipelines, and reports to meet team needs
  • Set up and maintain Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding

2. Data Management & Integrity

  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness through audits and deduplication
  • Conduct data imports, migrations, and maintenance
  • Maintain database hygiene and segmentation best practices

3. Automation & Workflows

  • Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurture campaigns
  • Set up and manage Sales Hub sequences and lead routing
  • Streamline pipeline processes and sales automation

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Build custom dashboards and reports for key performance tracking
  • Develop attribution models and KPI monitoring frameworks
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to generate actionable insights

5. Integrations & Technical Support

  • Oversee integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, Shopify, Drift, and Google Workspace
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs and webhooks
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support to internal teams

6. Training & Support

  • Provide user training and onboarding for HubSpot users
  • Serve as a cross-departmental liaison translating technical concepts into business terms
  • Promote HubSpot best practices and continuous learning

7. Strategic Planning & Optimization

  • Conduct regular HubSpot portal audits and implement optimization improvements
  • Stay current on HubSpot updates, tools, and trends
  • Support campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years

    of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization abilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Preferred Certifications:

  • HubSpot Certified Administrator
  • Various HubSpot Academy certification programs
