Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator who can own, optimise, and scale our HubSpot ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Service. This role requires strong analytical thinking, deep curiosity, and hands-on HubSpot expertise. The ideal candidate understands systems, data flows, and process improvement while navigating ambiguity with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot System Administration
  • Manage HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Create and maintain custom objects, custom properties, associations
  • Build advanced workflows including multi-object logic, branching, if/then statements
  • Create dashboards and custom reports
  • Manage data imports, deduplication, bulk updates and data hygiene
  • Support integrations through APIs or tools like Zapier, Make, native connectors
  • Process Design & Optimization
  • Design and re-engineer business processes
  • Map current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Develop process documentation and repeatable playbooks
  • Apply change management principles
  • Balance process rigor with operational flexibility
  • Critical Thinking & Analysis
  • Diagnose root causes instead of treating symptoms
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and insights from CRM data
  • Question assumptions and validate hypotheses
  • Prioritise competing demands using structured frameworks
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Present recommendations and insights to leadership
  • Support sales teams across different deal cycles and models
  • Work with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops
  • Learning & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with HubSpot releases and best practices
  • Ask strategic questions and explore “why” behind requirements
  • Proactively suggest improvements beyond assigned tasks
  • Iterate quickly based on outcomes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent discipline demonstrating analytical rigor

  • Custom objects and properties
  • Advanced workflow building
  • Custom reporting and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot’s data architecture
  • Data imports, clean-up, deduplication
  • API familiarity or integration experience

Preferred Skills:

  • B2B sales or services experience
  • Understanding of sales motions
  • Experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, RevOps, Advanced Implementation)
  • Advanced Excel for data manipulation
  • Basic understanding of APIs & data synchronisation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
