HubSpot Administrator

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize our HubSpot platform. In this role, youll ensure HubSpot is fully leveraged across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success by improving processes, building automation, and creating actionable reporting. Youll be the go-to expert for HubSpot, ensuring clean data, smooth integration, and high adoption across the company.

What Youll Do:

• Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, properties, and overall system governance.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline, campaigns, and team performance.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity through audits, clean-up, imports/exports, and standardization.
  • Automation & Workflows: Design and optimize workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and automation to drive efficiency across sales and marketing.
  • Integrations: Manage and support integrations between HubSpot and external systems (CRM, finance, support platforms, etc.).
  • Training & Support: Serve as the subject-matter expert, supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and providing documentation and training.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement HubSpot solutions that streamline operations and support business growth.

Best Practices: Stay up to date on HubSpot updates and recommend new tools, features, and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub) in an administrator or operations role.

• Proven experience building advanced reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.

• Strong data management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail. • Familiarity with system integrations and APIs a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into HubSpot solutions. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.

• HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing Software, Sales Software) preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
