As a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator, your role will involve owning and optimizing the HubSpot platform to ensure its full leverage across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for improving processes, building automation, and creating actionable reporting to enhance efficiency and adoption across the company. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, properties, and overall system governance. - Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, campaigns, and team performance. - Data Management: Maintain data integrity through audits, clean-up, imports/exports, and standardization. - Automation & Workflows: Design and optimize workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and automation to enhance efficiency in sales and marketing. - Integrations: Manage and support integrations between HubSpot and external systems such as CRM, finance, and support platforms. - Training & Support: Serve as the subject-matter expert, providing support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering documentation and training. - Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement HubSpot solutions that streamline operations and support business growth. - Best Practices: Stay updated on HubSpot updates and recommend new tools, features, and processes for continuous improvement.
