We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator and Systems Specialist with 5+ years of experience managing HubSpot Enterprise Accounts . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HubSpot’s full suite of tools, including workflows, marketing automation, ticket systems , and API integrations . This role is critical in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize HubSpot usage across departments, provide user training, and ensure smooth system operations. Key Responsibilities: · HubSpot Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of our HubSpot Enterprise account, ensuring the platform is optimized for performance across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. · Workflows & Automation : Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes across departments, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and task automation. · API & Systems Integration : Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate HubSpot with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Shopify, Lightspeed) using APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms. · Ticketing & Support Systems : Configure and manage HubSpot’s ticketing systems, ensuring seamless operations for customer support, issue resolution, and escalation processes. · User Training & Support : Provide comprehensive training to departmental staff on HubSpot features, best practices, and system updates. Offer ongoing support for user inquiries and technical issues. · Data Management & Reporting : Maintain accurate data across the platform, ensuring compliance with data governance policies. Generate reports to provide insights into marketing and sales performance. · Custom Solutions Development : Work with stakeholders to identify unique business challenges and develop tailored HubSpot solutions that align with business objectives. · Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor the performance of HubSpot tools and integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and implement fixes to ensure uninterrupted operations. · Process Improvement : Regularly review and improve HubSpot-related business processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions. CRM Development & Management: · HubDB : Experience managing and utilizing HubDB to create dynamic, data-driven content within HubSpot’s CMS. · Custom Objects : Experience in creating and managing custom objects to extend the functionality of HubSpot CRM and meet specific business requirements. · Sales Hub & Service Hub : Expertise in managing and optimizing HubSpot’s Sales and Service Hubs for teams, including deal pipelines, ticket pipelines, and sequences. · HubSpot CMS : Knowledge of HubSpot’s content management system (CMS) for managing blogs, landing pages, and websites. · Marketing Hub : In-depth experience with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub for creating marketing assets like landing pages, forms, and email campaigns, and optimizing marketing funnels. · Lead Scoring : Advanced knowledge in setting up lead scoring systems to prioritize leads based on engagement, behavior, and profile data. · Campaigns : Experience with creating, tracking, and analyzing HubSpot campaigns across marketing channels. · Reports & Dashboards : Strong capability to build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the leadership team. · Sales Automation : Experience with setting up sales automation for tasks such as lead assignments, follow-ups, and deal management. · CRM Customization : Strong understanding of how to develop and customize HubSpot’s CRM to align with unique business processes, sales pipelines, and reporting requirements. · Experience Managing Integrations with Shopify an asset · Advanced CRM Development : Experience developing custom CRM functionalities using HubSpot APIs , such as syncing data with third-party systems, custom objects, or advanced automation flows.
